This week we closed the sale on a property in Concord and were very pleased with the entire process. We met with Renee prior to going on the market and followed Her recommendations. Her timeline from listing to sale was specific and adhered to. The no additional cost staging was beautifully done and appropriate .The marketing was comprehensive and a open house held every weekend until sale with weekly feedback on market conditions.The Renee White Team has numerous resources to assist during the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Renee and her team made our home selling experience smooth and practically effortless. They responded to our questions and phone calls in a timely manner and always had an answer to our queries. We signed up with her team after reviewing several agents and it was really a no brainer. Our home was expertly photographed and staged. My wife and I are very busy with work and Renee made sure we weren’t burdened with unnecessary task. I would use her again without hesitation and would recommend her team to anyone who wants to be taken care of like you’re the only one who matters! Great team....great job!

Renee showed us property 10 years ago when we were renting in San Francisco. Couldn’t make the transition due to work but appreciated her patience. After we retired and did some traveling we returned to the Bay Area where we contacted Renee again. One of her team found us a great condo in Walnut Creek. After 3 years we had an opportunity to move to a larger unit in the same complex. We contacted Renee who listed our old unit and found us a buyer before the first open house well above asking price. She was our constant advocate throughout the transaction which went very smoothly. Renee is a true “pro” no nonsense and an expert in the market. If you just want it done and done right I can’t recommend Renee enough. If we ever do it again she would be the one we would call first.

Renee is a true professional and someone you can trust to sell your home. She was always very responsive, patient, and effective. She dealt with all the ups and downs you can experience in a home sale with aplomb. We found Renee after being unhappy with our previous listing agent and the difference was night and day.The day before our close we had a water leak - Renee reacted immediately and took care of everything so our close went ahead as planned.

After moving from the Peninsula to the East Bay, we wanted an agent who had a deep understanding of the Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Concord real estate market. We worked with Stacy Hengemihle and had a great experience. She came along with us to many of the open houses to get a sense of what we liked, and was always available to chat or discuss details.
