We are living in NM & moving to TX. We were having to search for houses online. Priscilla is a huge help! She keeps in touch with us, listens to our needs & wants, and always keeps us updated. We had 1.5 days to look at houses, in person, when we were finally able to make a quick weekend trip to TX. She had plenty of houses lined up for us to see. We found the one we wanted to buy & Priscilla has made the "long distance" process easy and low-stress. Our move is in less than 2 weeks and our house will be waiting for us when we arrive. If you are looking for a R/E agent that treats you like you are their #1 priority then I highly suggest Priscilla Baladez!

We're kind of "particular" in what we want and have the luxury of time to find just the right property. Priscilla understands this, and is very attentive in alerting us as to what might appeal to us. She avails herself to showing at a time that is convenient for us. All-in-all, she knows the value of customer service. We're lucky to have found her and have her working for us.
