Peter Lu and his team have been absolutely incredible throughout our entire home-buying journey. Peter has been our realtor for over a year, and during that time he showed extraordinary patience as we searched for our dream home. Peter was great. Very easy to work with. Transitioned well from a hot market to a cooling off market. Peter is also an investor in the local real estate market which is helpful in understanding how to estimate the costs to replace or repair property or for understanding long term property values on the resale. Not pushy or sales-y at all which is great.

Overall it was great experience , he helped in every aspect from start to end of closing, he helped us to find the right house as well as to the loan procedure from to get the pre approval letter to get the final loan, after closing he did helped find the contractor to fix the small issue in the house.He never say no when we are trying to find the house for the last couple of years. Always he is available and if busy then try to send some from his office.

Peter and his team were awesome to work with. I have to admit that we gave him a very tight timeline of one weekend to get our home sold because we didn’t want to leave our home open to people coming in and out of our home for weeks. We got several contracts on our home before the weekend was over and he helped us to choose the best one based on several details. Whenever we inquired about anything, Peter was quick to provide us with a knowledge, accurate response. He worked really well with the buyers agent to ensure that our needs and expectations were exceeded. He also helped us find our new home. Having a strong understanding of the current, competitive market, whenever we needed to see a property, Peter was eager to get us in for viewings and if he was unavailable to show us the property, within minutes, he scheduled a member of his team to show us the property, quickly. During our buying process, he had knowledge of how to make our offer more attractive and consistently connected us to people who could take care of business at unbelievable speeds. We had people in place when we initially contacted Peter, but ended up using quite a few of his connections because they were proactive and able to get the job done, fast! When you choose Peter as your agent, you’ve placed yourself in great hands and positioned yourself to be successful in your real estate goals. He understands that this is a relational business and he makes it a point to nurture relationships with people who are a part of the selling/buying process before, during and after the sell is complete.
