I cannot say enough great things about Peter Larson! He was my realtor when I moved to Georgia, and he handled absolutely everything with professionalism, efficiency, and care.I needed to close relatively quickly, and originally I was planning to use Navy Federal, which typically takes 30+ days — often closer to 60 days — to close. Peter recommended a loan officer who was able to get everything completed in just 14 days! That alone speaks volumes about his experience, connections, and dedication to his clients.Since I was relocating, I wasn’t able to attend the inspection in person. Peter stepped in without hesitation, did a full video call walkthrough with me, and made sure everything was up to par before I moved in. He truly went above and beyond to give me peace of mind.I also couldn’t be present at closing, so I had a lawyer sign on my behalf. Peter was trusted to receive the keys and oversee the final steps of the process — and he handled it flawlessly.If you are looking to purchase property, I would not recommend anyone else. Peter is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress-free. He is simply the best!
