Patti is amazing. She helped us get our property ready to list. Her knowledge and experience helped us decide what improvements would be cost effective and ones that were not necessary. She has so many helpful contacts for all phases of the process. She knows contractors, roofers, termite inspectors, handymen, junk haulers, etc. Whatever we needed Patti was there to help. We had several full price offers within the first 3 weeks. If you are selling a house you really want Patti on your side. The best thing is her commitment and communication. Patti gave us timely updates and was always extremely responsive. I highly recommend her and her team.

Her empathy, stellar reputation and strategic knowledge of local market conditions allowed us to forge ahead of the competition and negotiate a deal far surpassing my wildest expectations! Not only did she advise on my home’s sale but introduced me to the concept of an estate sale which ended up saving me thousands in moving/storage costs and also set the stage for a quick interior paint refurbishment and staging. Patti McKelvey (& Team) is an/are outstanding Real Estate Professional(s). Professional is the key word! She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and the entire process. She was very attentive, very responsive to our calls and questions and cognizant of our concerns. She easily guided us through the process, explaining each section of the process thoroughly. She included us as part of her team & kept us in the loop at all times. Not only is she extremely professional, she is an excellent communicator, pleasant, fun, very positive. She seemed to have a good read on people, sort of a second sense of them. Also, she seemed to attract a higher level of serious prospective buyers, buyers who were actually ready to buy! We had quick offers and such a quick sale, I was almost disappointed that we spent less than 30 days with her and wouldn't be seeing Patti any more . . . or at least until our next purchase! I would definitely recommend her & her Team!
