I cannot say enough good things about Patti! She was a godsend when we needed the BEST realtor in Chula Vista! 5 stars is not enough to rate Patti, she deserves ALL the stars! Her knowledge of the market in Chula Vista is unmatched! She came in when our house was sitting on the market for 60+ days with another realtor and got it sold in one week! Truly a gem!

We recommend Patti and Jeff McKelvey for their professional real estate service. They are a team with exceptional communication, experienced contractor contacts for termite inspection/repair, yard clean-up, painting, septic pump/certification, estate sale, etc. Patti scheduled them and kept everything moving forward. Patti and Jeff were experts at guiding us through the process, both when we were local and when we were remote. We appreciate everything they did, every step of the way, to help us sell our family home.

Patti is amazing. She helped us get our property ready to list. Her knowledge and experience helped us decide what improvements would be cost effective and ones that were not necessary. She has so many helpful contacts for all phases of the process. She knows contractors, roofers, termite inspectors, handymen, junk haulers, etc. Whatever we needed Patti was there to help. We had several full price offers within the first 3 weeks. If you are selling a house you really want Patti on your side. The best thing is her commitment and communication. Patti gave us timely updates and was always extremely responsive. I highly recommend her and her team.
