It was great working with Justin Bombard while searching for a house! I believe we looked viewed at least a dozen properties, if not more closer to 20. He was very knowledgeable, and knew how to point out current/future issues with the houses we saw. When it came to appointments he was very punctual, and communication via email, text, or call was very prompt and responded quickly. I would recommend him to anyone looking!

Olivia Cooley and her team were a dream to work with! They created an environment where I felt my best interests were at heart. Joey Dixon did a fantastic job to help us find a home for our growing family. We have a ~2 year old, with twins on the way, and he gave us great options that we didn’t find ourselves on Zillow, introduced us to a beautiful up-and-coming neighborhood and we were sold. His knowledge of the local market is impressive and extremely helpful and I would recommend him to literally everyone, he’s really good and well-researched at what he does. He helped us find a home, close and stay on top of builders to the point he got us moved in 3 weeks earlier than expected, giving us some buffer time before the twins actually get here. Joey is awesome and highly recommend talking to him about what you need, he was on top of every part of this whole buying process.

Olivia and her team are amazing! We had a property out of state and we needed to sell it as soon as possible and we reached out to several realtors before we found Olivia and none of them, understood our needs. After speaking to Olivia for 15 minutes on the phone, we knew she was the right one and boy are we glad we chose her to be our realtor.The entire team is so friendly and professional! They kept us up-to-date on the process, even though we were several states away and made the entire process so easy. We were able to get multiple offers, asking price or above within a few days. Best experience we’ve had with a realtor in any state!!!
