I actually worked with Jamie Rekers -works in tandem with Kate:20/10 – Jamie goes above and beyond!!As someone who’s not an expert in picking a real estate agent, I asked a family friend who they had used and they suggested Jamie Rekers. I ended up working with Jamie for almost a year to find the perfect home, and she never once pressured me or made me feel rushed. She was patient, genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted, and always supportive throughout the entire process.Before closing, Jamie went out of her way to have the easement for access to the back of the property thoroughly looked into and verified—and she found it was invalid. Despite the stress and pressure from other parties, Jamie stayed composed and focused, had my back to make sure I was covered, and got exactly what I wanted and agreed to. She kept me fully informed and worked hard to find a solution that worked for everyone. We didn’t close until everything was resolved perfectly.If you want an agent who’s knowledgeable, calm in challenging situations, and truly has your best interests at heart, Jamie is the one to call. We can’t say enough great things about Kate! We had been looking for a house for about 6 months on our own when we met her. She and Jamie found our dream home within 4 weeks! We are the type of family that doesn’t really like going to see houses but they made it stress-free and made us look forward to meeting them at each new house. Kate and her team were absolutely phenomenal. We were overwhelmed trying to sell our house while being out of state, but they took care of absolutely everything, and made the process so smooth for us. Our house was listed on 4/5 and we closed on 4/29 with multiple strong offers! We are so grateful to them for all their help with the quick sale of our house. Hands down, Kate and her team are the best in South Carolina!!

Kate and her team are amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We bought our house with her in 2018 and had a great experience, so when we needed to list our house, she was the obvious choice. She has great communication and is extremely professional. She and her team staged our house beautifully and had amazing photographs and videos done, all included in using her as a realtor. We listed the house on a weekend and by the end had 8 showings and 3 above asking offers. She is very knowledgeable about each detail of the contracts, and if she doesn’t know, she finds out. She is absolutely one of the best realtors I’ve ever experienced.

Kate demonstrated confidence in her ability to sell our home, which she followed through on by selling our home in just 5 days - the quickest sale in our neighborhood in 6 months…during a rising interest rate environment when rates over doubled during that time period!Throughout the entire process, Kate was honest, responsive, and added value through her recommendations.
