Patrick and Hannah made a great team for my wife and me as we were looking for our first home!Patrick was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide helpful advice and guidance in things we would want and things to avoid in our home-buying process.My lender had several last-minute changes that Hannah was able to handle for us quickly and we were able to keep our closing date as we had originally planned.There were some things left unfinished after we had closed (trash left in the front and backyard), but Patrick and Hannah were able to communicate with the listing agent and the sellers did come and clean up all of the trash that was left.Ultimately we ended up in a home that is a perfect fit for us where we should be happy for many years.

Patrick was recommended to me by a fellow veteran realtor out in NC, & he worked with me & my husband on finding the right house for our price range. This housing market made me extremely nervous to buy, especially since it is our first time buying, but Patrick eased our concerns by explaining all the steps/details and made sound suggestions that helped us win our house (even lower the cost), despite the odds & concerns! He is honest, professional and very communicative, no matter the time or day. He also has a clean sneaker game. ?? Anyways, I highly recommend Patrick & his team. He won’t leave you hanging!
