Jessica and her team was very accommodating. My 90 year old mom and I moved from Florida to Gilbert SC in October 2025. I. Came up on a Thursday with an agenda to see many houses. I was able to see about 12 houses and on that Sunday had found a house that met all my requirements. I put an offer in and my Monday mid-morning it had been accepted. Jessica arranged the lawyer, inspectors and the repairs to be done for us. The closing was done remotely without a hitch. She guided us through each and every step. It was so reassuring. She even helped me in getting all utilities set up. Nothing but praise for Jessica. You will not regret hiring her.

Possibly one of the worst agents i've ever worked with. She complains about going to look at her own listings. She was terrible with negotiations with the buyer's agent. She doesn't stand up to her fiduciary duty as a sellers agent. Looks like she just wants closings done so she can get paid and move on. SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS. BUT JUST WANTS CLOSING'S DONE AT SELLERS EXPENSE. If you're a seller and looking to list a house, please move on. And stay away from Jessica Nelson.
As a first-time buyer, I wish I know more details. She always said she was taking care of us. But, her attitude changed after we decided to buy a lower-priced home. She forgot to put important things (that she verbally said she will put) on the contract. Because of that, I lost $200-500. Her company does not allow to put negative comments, so don't trust those comments. She does not like to negotiate if you are not certain.
