Michelle helped us purchase a home / business property and helped us through the process of dealing with a seller who was not using an agent, and answered questions for both us and the sellers to ensure the process was done properly and fairly. Michelle was a wonderful agent and makes sure the her clients are treated fairly by the other parties, as well as making sure that everything is done properly so as to avoid issues and conflicts down the road. Highly recommended, and we will call on her again in the future when we do future property purchases and sales!

Michelle was incredibly patient with us in our home-buying process. We were first time home buyers and she walked us through all of the steps. We looked at so many houses with Michelle, and for several months could not find the right one. She never once made us feel dumb for taking longer than we thought we should. If you want the best then Michelle is the realtor for you. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Michelle was a fantastic real estate agent. She knew our numbers well, knew what we needed, and talked us through the process. Every house she would tell us what we would experience, such as higher utility bills or if there was some wood rot. There was one offer we had where she gave us great advice. We were looking at a bit of a fixer-upper and we wanted to throw a low offer in. She was happy to do that for us. The sellers countered with a different offer, still higher than what we wanted. Michelle talked to us and gave her opinion on the house, helped us know how to negotiate well. The sellers pulled, but we are happy to not have paid more than what we wanted to. Ultimately, she helped us find a place we now call home. Even after the closing date she has still been an excellent resource to us.
