Jamie McNeely did a great job working through the process with us and helping us understand each stage. She also did a great job helping my husband and I through any thing we felt stress about. (especially the final days before closing) . I don't anticipate moving for another 15years but I would definitely work with Jamie again if I did and plan to refer her to anyone that is getting ready to buy or sell a home.

Brian and the Leonhardt team were able to sell our current home in 5 days (at a price that was 10% over asking) and did it about as stress free as possible for us. They also were able to secure our new home for 15K under asking and additional closing costs. Would happily use them again in the future!

Brian Leonhardt was awesome! I'm very pleased with his services especially being able to text him for correspondence. It made communication very easy for me. As a first time home buyer, the task at hand was very daunting. Brian answered any and all questions I had and helped me make the right decision. Lance Rongstad took very good care of us when we were looking for a home. We were able to bounce ideas off of him as we got more and more serious, and he understood our somewhat unique needs well and was able to suggest several good places. He was very professional in his communication and able to rein me in a little on some contention points with a frustrating seller while keeping our best interests in mind. His availability was top notch and he was able to juggle some other priorities to make sure we closed in a timely manner, going above and beyond to look into things for us. His personal experience with home buying in a very similar situation to ours meant that he had been through this process as a buyer and was able to help us avoid some gotchas with the HVAC while keeping the seller happy. If and when we buy another home, we'll definitely be talking to Lance first.THANK YOU LANCE!
