I'm being 100% honest with my words below. Michelle and her team run a 5-star A+ caliber operation. She is highly organized, knowledgeable, forward-thinking, objective and most of all, I trust her 100% (trust me, I don't say that often but she and her team have earned every bit of it). She was on top of everything from the start (education about Austin area, home buying process, etc.) to the finish (closing, renting, management) and beyond. I went through my first home buying experience and she took the extra time and effort to put in the work to make the client experience amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend AIR Property, Michelle and her team to anyone looking to purchase or invest in the Austin area. Full caveat, I've talked to a dozen plus real estate investment firms and brokers in cities across the USA and AIR Property is by far the best in class. Honesty and trust go a long way.

We've worked with Michelle to buy our house in Austin and she's truly great to work with. She is easy to communicate with and is reachable at all hours - we did have a few late night calls when discussing offers.In my opinion, what sets her apart is her understanding of the market, especially the Austin market which doesn't obey any set rules. Given the number of transactions she has handled, she has intimate knowledge of the market and knows what's happening all over Austin, not just in a specific neighborhood or zip code.She is also the first to point out neighborhood or house quirks and fully explores what that would mean to us as buyers. She does a lot of the property analysis even before going to the property and checks if those special considerations would be issues for our family. With Michelle, you'd be buying a house knowing what you are buying.She also helped rent out a house and handled the rental process seamlessly. Her deep knowledge of the market, her advanced skill level when tweaking offers, her amazing contacts for mortgage brokers and insurance agents and her ready availability to discuss all things real estate is what drives us to want to go to Michelle when we have another real estate need!

I highly recommend Michelle and the rest of the team at AIR Property Group. Michelle recently helped my husband and me to purchase a second home in Austin. She was extremely responsive, thorough, and professional throughout the process. She helped us to understand and navigate the tricky, highly competitive Austin market and to prevail over multiple other offers for a property that is perfect for our needs. She has a great network of service providers that she quickly marshalled once we were in contract to perform inspections and provide estimates for identified fixes. She also connected me with a great contractor/design professional to assist in turning the house into a home. I would use Michelle again in a heartbeat.

Just Win Baby!We feel extremely fortunate to have closed on our home at the end of January. The Austin housing market went from hot and highly competitive, to rockets to the moon levels. We felt Michelle gave us the best chance to win with every offer we submitted. When our offer wasn’t accepted, she had relationships the seller agents to provide feedback back to us on why we didn’t win. This level of communication and feedback was extremely helpful to keeping us sane in this crazy market. During the process, Michelle offered helpful advice and guidance on neighborhoods, home condition, inspectors and more.

Michelle and Sara were wonderful. We moved to the Austin area about a year ago. Michelle helped us find our rental when we first moved. She is very knowledgeable about the areas of Austin and the surrounding cities. This was invaluable to our family as we were brand new to the area. After a year of renting we decided it was time to buy. Sara was incredibly flexible when it came to our showings. Sara was also patient when we wanted spend extra time. One thing that stands out is how focused both Sara and Michelle were on our specific requirements. They were willing to do research when we had questions about the future development of an area, easements and the like. We looked all over the place at many different types of properties and we finally landed on one we loved. Just before closing we happened to meet the sellers, one of which was a real estate agent. She told us that the reason they accepted our offer, there were many and ours was not the highest, was because the offer was well organized and clean. Now we are in our dream house and we can’t thank the whole team at Air Property Group enough!

Michelle was great! My mother in law in the Houston area was recently widowed and we were looking for a place for her to stay up here so she could be close to family. I contacted Michelle first thing as she was well known in our community. She went right to work and found us lots of homes that were in our range. After a couple of failed bids, we were able to score a house a half mile away from us in the same neighborhood! We couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. Don’t hesitate to contact Michelle if you are looking to purchase a home in the Austin area!DS

We were so lucky to have Michelle as our out-of-state agent. Last May, we planned a week-long visit to Austin, hoping to purchase a view lot for a new-build. Michelle was the first agent that responded to our search for local realtors. Throughout that week in Austin, Michelle made us feel we were her only client although we knew it was absolutely not true. She was sensitive of our tight schedule, cognizant of our wish list, and tirelessly took us to numerous new communities as well as opened our minds to existing beautiful homes for sale. 2 days before our week was going to be over, we saw the perfect lot and were ready to put a deposit. We wanted however to run it by Michelle. Between us calling Michelle and her arriving, Michelle had already done some research on the lot! The minute she sat down, she brought up the integrity of an underground spring in the green belt right next to our lot. After not getting a satisfactory answer from the clueless sales lady, Michelle took on her own to ask her friend, a retired geologist, to dig into the county’s record on our behalf. Long story short, the deal fell through but we were also assured that Michelle genuinely had our interest in mind. Disappointed that night, we drove around and came across a quick-delivery house in Leander. It was late and we couldn’t get in the house, but we were able to sneak into the backyard and saw the gorgeous view. We were sold right away. We called Michelle that night, discussed our strategy, met the sales agent in the morning, Michelle negotiated, and papers were signed in the afternoon! We left Texas the next morning.Story did not stop there. When we went back to our home state, we had but only 3-4 weeks to close the Texas house and sell our existing home. Unfortunately my hometown Realtor was useless, especially after being spoiled by Michelle. So I ended up calling Michelle for everything that I needed advise on, what to paint, what floor is trendy….. Some days, these phone calls lasted over an hour. But Michelle had always been patient with me and advised me like they were her own problems! On the Texas side, Michelle also acted on our behalf with our house inspection and even did the final walk-through of the new house at closing. She did a thorough job and made a difficult out-of-state buying process so much smoother. Michelle has such a nice personality, professionalism, passion and a can-do attitude that we have already booked Michelle for our next house transaction should that time ever comes!
