I have purchased and sold several homes in my 76 years and I can honestly say that Michele Rikard is the best agent I have had the pleasure to work with. She is timely in her communications and a very knowledgeable individual. She is very responsive and constantly stays on top of everything that needs to be done. You can't go wrong with having her as your agent.

Michele is absolutely the best! From the first moment we contacted her she was very responsive and willing to help. Buying our first home was stressful enough - it’s a BIG decision, but add being in the middle of a pandemic on top of it and so many of the processes are different. Michele helped ease our minds and anxiety throughout the process. Not only did she help us find our perfect first (and forever) home, but she also gave wonderful advice and was a superb advocate and negotiator. Michele made sure we didn’t settle for things we weren’t comfortable with, and also brought attention to things we may have overlooked. Michele constantly communicated with us and was willing to answer all of our questions regardless of the time of day - including while she was on vacation! Michele was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her to anyone in the Northwest Georgia area who is looking to buy or sell a home.

She pays attention to all details, is easy to communicate with, and made the process of buying our new home enjoyable. I could not imagine going through this without her. Michele is an all around great person and an even more amazing realtor! As first time home buyers, Michele made our experience fun, easy and memorable. She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home and was very patient with us throughout the process. She took all of our needs into consideration, was honest with us and never once made us feel the least bit of pressure when looking at SEVERAL homes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first home and definitely couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! She was professional, super responsive and truly represented our best interests both in purchasing a new home and selling our current home in a matter of weeks.
