There's not much that I can say that already hasn't been said about Tressa. She is the epitome of a professional. She was a ray of sunshine when we went to look at houses. And I'm a difficult person to please. We looked at every house in Floyd County available in our price range. I had forgot how stressful buying a house was. Thanks to Tressa, the stress was mitigated immensely. Again the epitome of a professional. If you are looking at buying a house. Your first and only call should be to Tressa.

Where do I even begin with Tressa!!! After moving out of state and having another realtor not help out as much, Tressa was referred to us!!! The way she communicates, assists and builds relationships is more than any other service I have had!!! She doesn’t look at the price tag, she looks at the customer service she provides and makes sure you understand what’s going on every day. After a long and hard 4 months with her plus the 3 months before that for us, our house is finally selling!!! It’s been a long 7 months but with the help of Tressa she has been a golden star!!! If you need to sell or buy, definitely contact Tressa!!!

Within the past few months, Tressa has helped us sell 2 homes, & also purchase some lakefront property that we’ve been wishing for as our retirement life…… she is not just our realtor, but someone we consider as a dear friend! The TRUST that we have with her can’t be expressed! She is so very knowledgeable in the realty field, & can answer every question imaginable without hesitation! Both homes that we have listed with her had offers within a week!!! Grateful would be an understatement to express our feelings towards her!!! If she lists it, she’ll sell it!!! Tressa knew exactly what to price the home (as is) in order to have it sell quickly! We had 3 offers (all over asking price) within 3 days!!! We closed within 2wks!!!….. She was very responsive to all if our questions/concerns! We cannot recommend her highly enough!!!

Had my home listed and immediately had large numbers of calls regarding the property and home. Had it sold within a days. Assisted me with small repairs, which was a godsend being I was recently widowed. Was very supportive of my situation and protective. Gave me great advice on how to move forward with legal issues. Was also great in finding me a new home as well.
