Jeb and Katie helped us find the perfect home at our desired location and within budget - all while we were in a competitive “seller’s” market! They were responsive throughout the entire purchase, plus have provided great recommendations for local contractors, etc. since then. In this hot seller's market, a buyer needs someone like Jeb and his business partner Katie in their corner. We found them knowledgeable of the local market, while providing prompt, proactive service during the shopping and closing processes. Even now--6-months post closing--we can reach out for a recommendation on a service provider & receive a fast response. (And all the workers they've recommended have been good.) Would definitely use them again for any future real estate transactions.

Could not have asked for a better experience buying our home. Working with Jeb is probably the only reason that this very skittish first-time homeowner is now in her first house. What I wanted and my price-range were very specific, and Jeb listened and looked. He has his ear to the ground and found out about my house before it hit the market, so it never did. He and/or Katie responded immediately to every text, and they always had the answer to my questions and were helpful with my concerns. I worked with two other realtors before Jeb, but he had the patience to hang in there with me. I appreciate him and Katie very much and highly recommend them. They have their clients' best interests at heart.

Jeb and Katie are uhhhh-mazing! They are flexible, kind, generous and personable. Can't beat 'em! My husband and I were looking for a house for over a year. We called Jeb, and he found us our forever home in just a few months (and the market was not a buyer's market at all).

Jeb made selling my home as easy as possible! He answered any and all questions. He let me know what I might need to have done before buyers asked it of me, making things go so smoothly. He arranged for me to sign things remotely, allowing me my family time. Jeb made sure my house went to a family who would appreciate it.
