Meko is AMAZING! I've worked with her twice so far. A few years ago, I worked with her when I bought my very first home. Most recently, I reached out to her again to put that home on the market AND buy another home. She is extremely knowledgable. Being so new in the home buying process, she definitely made me feel so comfortable throughout this journey. I trust her judgement and expertise more than anything! I took her advice on alot of my decisions and they paid off tremendously! I always recommend her to anyone who asks me for realtor suggestions. Also, her team is top tier! My experience working with Meko was great!! She simplified everything for me about the process and was very communicative and so down to earth. She made sure to find out exactly what I was looking for and she made it happen with relative ease if you ask me. Meko is UNMATCHED! We relocated from another state so I wanted a realtor that was familiar with the area. I reached out to Meko and she personally called me back within hours. She found us the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. Not only did she meet our timeline but she found us a home that checked every box. Just when I lost faith in ever being a homeowner. Meko saved the day. I had been looking for 2 yrs with a family realtor and was told the odds would not be in My favor. It seems I was asking for the impossible. Well Meko made the impossible happen. Not only did she listen to my needs she heard the things I didn’t know I needed as well. She was knowledgeable of the city and was always available for any questions. I can’t even begin to speak on her negotiating skills and willingness to look out for the consumer. Not only did we find “impossible” homes. I had multiple choices. Her knowledge and expertise have allowed me to become the 1st home owner in my entire family. Meko is the most amazing realtor in the universe! This Lady is beyond great when it comes to real-estate. When we first talk it was like talking to a best friend I known for years. She knew the market, how much my home would sell for and the best way to sell the property. Meko knowledge is out of world when it comes to selling and buying a home. She put my home on the market and it sold in days. She got the price I exactly wanted. Meko made the whole process seamless, we bumped heads a few times but it was all out of love. She knew how to handle me because of a person from her past was the exact same way. Lol. I can be a little emotional and she would let me rant and ask me is you finish or is you done. I appreciate her for letting my emotions out. We close on the home and I made sure everything was right on my end because me and meko are perfectionist. Meko communication skills are impeccable, everytime I called or text She always responded. I called her late one night and she woke up out the bed just to answer my questions. This lady is a super hero when it Comes to real-estate. She made me feel comfortable and at ease because this selling process can be stressful. Meko was very professional and knowledgeable in this market . She helped us literally get what we wanted for our family. We wanted to stay in the same area but some how these builders are not family friendly with the amenities for children. We saw a house and was sold on the third house we saw ( third time a charm ) good thing working with Meko is she has a team and they are one cause every thing goes through her and if she’s busy she will find the time to get back to you. Her personality is everything is down to earth and she’s HUMAN meaning she’s real with you she doesn’t give you false expectations and the fact that she’s well connected makes things even better we found our home in a great school district and have ALLLLLL THE AMENITIES for our family so we are happy. She can be in Timbuck two but with her team you feel like she’s with you still. Tricia was amazing she felt like a friend with the hard part (design) I’m so appreciative of Meko and her team thank you so much ??

Meko and her team were awesome and really made my first home purchase a smooth process. I felt like I was in good hands from the initial phone call Meko had with me. I was not local during the process at all so that could have made things a little complicated but they made it happen with no problem even with me being out of state. They responded to all emails and text messages right away nomatter what time. I don't have the best patience and Meko kept me calm and positive throughout the process and had me in under contract within a few weeks. I received daily/hourly emails when new properties came online for me to view. Anything I wanted to view, they were able to get to that property right away and get a HD quality video recorded for me to easily see remotely. I highly recommend Meko for all your realtor needs 100%!

I reached out to Meko, after my husband and I started entertaining the idea of selling our home to upgrade to one with more square footage. Meko quickly responded back to my inquiry via phone and we got acquainted. We were looking for a realtor that was the right fit for our needs and a personality mesh is always our biggest motivator in working with someone. Meko was that and more! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the business of real estate and she is also a straight shooter. She first asked me about what our goals were, what we were looking to do and when we planned to do it. She knew that for our personal goals, we wanted to net a certain amount of money before we initiated a sale. She didn’t give us false hope or tell us what we wanted to hear and that’s what we both needed and wanted! An honest, realistic realtor to guide us properly through the process, as this was our first time selling. She quickly guided us on next steps and we got the ball rolling. She came to our home and evaluated what we needed to do to prep our home for going on the market, along with quickly scheduled for the home to be shot for the listing. Word of advice: listen to your realtor! They will not steer you wrong!!! We did exactly what she said and we were on the market within the same week with an offer less than 30 minutes of the listing being live! We never questioned the strategy Meko had for our home and trusted her guidance. While I understand this may or may not be a common occurrence, Meko quickly guided us on what to expect in the coming days and we were under contract within 48 hrs of our listing going live with an AMAZING offer! She made it a point to contact me each day to download and continue to talk through the steps and check in to see how we were feeling about everything. Now let’s talk about her team!!! Wow! They are beyond amazing, as well! We closely worked with Kim as our main point of contact on the days leading up to showings and day of. She is truly a rockstar and a phenomenal representation of the standard/environment/team that Meko has created. She was so patient as we asked a million questions and she over-communicated with me, which is exactly what we needed to feel at ease with a bit of nerves and this being the first time selling for us. What I loved is that someone was always available to speak to us. If not Meko, Kim was right there! As a team they are in-tune, so talking to one is like talking to the other. Extremely impressive! We highly recommend Meko and team. Can’t wait to work with them on the purchase of our next home!
