I was super disappointed with the process. As first time home sellers she was never very attentive/ the staging of the house meant a rug and a picture on the floor/ when needing help with the process we called her partner who was very rude and unprofessional. We had to ask for signs to be put up/ for flyers to be updated ect.. I am in no way confident that we got the best deal for our home.. and wouldn’t use this group again to buy OR sell our next home.

Megan has gone above and beyond what I would normally expect from an agent. She was readily throughout the buying process to keep us from going crazy and was very knowledgeable about everything that came up. Even after the purchase she has been there for us to give advice or tips and to help us find reputable businesses to help with repairs/upgrades. I would recommwnd Megan to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We are from California and heard about Megan from a friend of mine who moved to the Dallas area a few years ago. Being complete strangers to the area, Megan showed us around the north Dallas area, including Plano and Richardson. She listened to what we wanted and showed us a number of properties. When we got home to California, we called her and made an offer. For the following weeks, she was our eyes and ears managing the inspections, utilities and ultimate closing... She looked after us as if we were family. I am not sure what we would have done without her. I would give her and her team the highest recommendation. Thank you Megan and good-bye California!!!!

We can’t recommend Megan Bradshaw highly enough. Coming from out of state, we needed someone we could trust to help us get to know the area and really look out for our interests. Megan was so great to get out to properties we were interested in quickly and provided us with excellent, expert video tours of so many different properties. With a quickly moving market, Megan was essential in helping us secure the right house at the right time. We are so excited about our new home, and we feel so lucky to have had such an amazing real estate team.

Megan would be 10 stars if I could give it. From the first time we met, and throughout out the sale, all the way to closing, Megan was top notch. She is hard working and very knowledgeable about the real estate business. If you need a realtor, then she is the one for you. Her response to all my needs was quick and efficient. She also sent me a Happy New Year greeting, 7 months after she sold my house, and attached the sellers disclosure to her email, knowing I would be needing this for my taxes. Excellent service. Megan is a home-buying superhero! Megan helped us buy our first home and was an enormous blessing. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely patient, answered all of our many questions, and carefully explained whenever we didn't understand. She fought for our interests, held firm on our concerns, and helped make us feel so much more comfortable every step of the way!It wasn't just Megan either, Jenny was also incredible in the contract stage.
