We have worked with Matt since 2004 when we purchased our first home in AA. He was the seller's agent for that transaction. We were so impressed with his excellent service, diligence and attention to detail that we have since used his service to sell our primary residence and purchase and sell a condo. We highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

Matt was absolutely great with managing the sale of our house. I gave him little to no notice to arrange the photographer - he delivered.He managed to get 2 full price offers on the day the property listed and then worked the buyers agents over the next 3 days to get a total of 8 offers, one of which was well over asking.Matt kept in close contact with me, the buyers agent and the title company and made the rest the process through to closure completely stress free. I am very thankful for the work Matt put in and would recommend him highly.

Working with Matt made the processes of buying and selling our home(s) so much less stressful than we've heard in the local (Ann Arbor) real estate market. Matt was a real pro in selling our home in Saline. We were moving to North Carolina and ran into a few challenges. We had one sale fall through because of inspection related issues. Matt helped us find the right service providers and get the issues resolved while we were out-of-state.He ultimately helped us find the right buyers and get the house closed.
