We have worked with Matt since 2004 when we purchased our first home in AA. He was the seller's agent for that transaction. We were so impressed with his excellent service, diligence and attention to detail that we have since used his service to sell our primary residence and purchase and sell a condo. We highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

Matt was absolutely great with managing the sale of our house. I gave him little to no notice to arrange the photographer - he delivered.He managed to get 2 full price offers on the day the property listed and then worked the buyers agents over the next 3 days to get a total of 8 offers, one of which was well over asking.Matt kept in close contact with me, the buyers agent and the title company and made the rest the process through to closure completely stress free.
