Alex and his team helped us sell our condo in Northeast Ann Arbor. Even though we listed in seemingly the worst time of the year to sell a property (November 2020 during a pandemic), Alex went above and beyond to make sale. He made sure we were happy with our listing (photos, details, and price). And Alex really knows the local condo market trends; he was able to quickly find us a buyer. We are incredibly happy with the safety precautions he took during the pandemic, and his stellar negotiation skills. He was able to close the deal quickly, and at a price we are happy with. Excellent realtor, very respectful, and was great at answering our questions at every point in the selling process. Alex and his team were amazing! From beginning to end things were seamless and I felt confident that we were in good hands. With other agents in the past I felt unsure we were getting as much attention as we needed, but this is not the case with Alex and his team. He’ll spend as much time with you as you need and he’s responsive, extremely competent, calm, and strategic. We have two small children and had lots going on and the sale of our home was not a major stressor. He takes care of it and we were thrilled with how things ended up.
