In my book there is no comparison! I don't have enough good adjectives to describe how confident I am recommending Jean and Jim. Together they helped me navigate selling and buying in the same week. Simple suggestions helped my house sell to the second person who saw it at $20k over list price.

Jean was incredible at understanding how to price my aunt's home on the west side of Ann Arbor. She made her charts, maps, graphs and research easy to understand. Jean always came fully prepared for every meeting. I loved her work ethic, common sense, preparation, thoughtfulness and sense of humor. The asset of a fabulously helpful husband and partner was a real bonus as well. The experience of working with Jean and Jim was so positive that I had a twinge of sadness when we closed on the house. If you choose The Jean Team to buy or sell a house, you will not be disappointed!

My family couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home. Jean and her husband Jim are the consummate professionals and they are very patient and are great at explaining the process which can be confusing and tiring. We found them extremely trustworthy and so easy to work with. They were spot on in pricing the home and in guiding us through. As a result we sold our home in a few weeks. They really went the extra mile and I highly recommend them to be your agent!

I HIGHLY recommend Jean Wedemeyer! She made a very stressful situation (the sale of my recently deceased mother's house) easier than I could have imagined. Her extensive knowledge of Ann Arbor and the local real estate market was key in getting the right price for the house. She set expectations appropriately, and we were right on target with the offers that we got. She is responsive, has a great sense of humor, and always maintained her professionalism. Very simply put, she was a pleasure to work with, and I recommend her without hesitation!!

We were so fortunate to have had Jean as our realtor. She provided sound advice on how to price our home, did a superb job of marketing it, and was available at each step of the process to offer invaluable guidance - even on Mother's Day! Our house sold to the first people who walked through, for the full asking price. What's more, they appreciated a house that we had loved, making it easier to part with it. Since we were relocating out of state, she even stood in for us as closing! She is a well-informed, conscientious professional who is dedicated to her work.
