Rachel’s and Chrissy’s professionalism and honesty really stood out. We always felt like they had our best interest at heart, and they made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. They were patient, never rushed us, and gave great advice every step of the way. Also I loved that they always made it seem that they were in the hunt for their own home not just ours and would pay attention to the most minimal detail of every home we toured. I worked with Maria Peterson from the Wilhems group. Maria Peterson was the BEST!!! She was knowledgeable, efficient, experienced and a wonderful resource for not only the buying process but with recommending various services needed after the sale - such as handymen, utility company contact information etc. Maria was communicative and very patient answering my many, many questions. Maria Peterson has gone above and beyond for my family! We chose Maria because she had a very sweet and friendly voice and did not talk us down on anything. She understood exactly what we were looking when we told her the things we were looking for, for example we wanted the master bedroom on one end of the house and the other rooms on the other end. The way she went above and beyond was when we decided to make an offer she included my late father in law saying we are closing on this house in honor of my father in law.
