Helped me buy home • 2025

This was the second home Danny helped us purchase and he is the reason we were able to close on both. People know he is very capable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and these facts proved to be the reason we ended up with amazing homes. He is great to work with and an expert on every step in home transactions. We will always come back to Danny when we need help, advice or another home, and will recommend anyone we know to do the same.

Listed and sold a home • 2023

Although I'm not a realtor myself, I've been in the real estate industry for 12 years and have worked with 100's of realtors in the phoenix area. Danny was a referral I received from a realtor I trust here in the phoenix valley. To put it bluntly, the service Danny provided in selling my parents home in Tuscon blew all the realtors I've worked with out of the water! Not only did he go above and beyond helping get the house ready for sale with both excellent advice AND hard work, he was AMAZING with my aging parents who were quite anxious about selling their home. Danny did a great analysis for pricing the home in the market we were in, as well as adjustments when needed to ensure a great sale. Through extensive conversations with Danny, I discovered the depth of his experience in the real estate industry. I encourage anyone who works with him to do the same. He has been a very rare find in the real estate world!!

Helped me buy home • 2021

Working with Danny Roth was a horrible experience. A real estate agent is suppose to represent the home buyer, Danny DID NOT. My wife and I first went to the model home and decided who our builder would be. We chose to have Danny represent us. He did a walk through the model home and handed us a map of available lots to choose from. We drove around and picked 2 lots that we were interested in, came back to the model home and asked Danny for a lot closest to a flat piece of land. Now our home is in a hole, with an incredibly steep driveway! When the build first began we brought it to his attention, and he said "just wait and they will level it out more." Then when our home was up he said "well you guys should have said something sooner", and "you did not buy a premium lot so that is why." We inquired for our linen closet to be repositioned in the bathroom, and he stated that he would look into it and let us know. That never happened and neither was our request for an exterior paint color that was available in phase one, again Danny stated that he would ask the builder but in case they say no pick what is available. IT NEVER HAPPENED. When we called and asked he argued with me that he did a lot of pleading to get the color that we wanted, although three other homes already had the color that he supposedly pleaded for. Danny also stated "Well if you don't like the home just sell it", and laughed as if buying a home to raise our family was some kind of joke. Danny gave us the worst home buying experience my wife and I have ever had. If we did not call and ask for a thing he never bothered.

I bought my house with Danny in 2003 and when I thought about selling it in 2016 Danny was the first and only person I wanted representing me.Danny went way out of his way to sell my house in north tucson after I had transfered to Denver. The sale would have never happened without his efforts.I would highly recommend Danny Roth for any kind Real Estate opportunity.
