We worked with Lydia Gable Realty Group to sell our home recently in Westlake Village. Lydia and her entire team were a real joy to work with. We were on a tight timeline, given a pending move to the East Coast, and with Lydia's help, we managed to find a buyer and close quickly prior to the move, even when the market/ demand was a bit soft. Lydia's many years of experience paid off - her marketing, photos and materials are sharp and effective, and the entire team's customer service orientation was top notch. I initially chose Lydia Gable as our realtor because her company had helped my daughter purchase a home, and I was impressed with their service. I must write a review about my exceptional experience working with Lydia Gable Realty Group.The service I received from both the Client Care Manager, Ameena Taha, and my agent, Lydia Gable was spectacular! Their knowledge and teamwork amongst myself and the buyer of my home was exceptional! Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha were able to put together an off-market deal on the sale of my home located in Thousand Oaks. These two came together and were able to work on behalf of both myself and the buyers. My late husband worked for Ventura County Fire. I have two families who live on my street who are related and also work for Ventura County Fire. The grandparents live a couple of blocks away from me. About two years ago, the third brother, also a Ventura County Firefighter, and his wife wrote me a beautiful letter asking if I ever considered selling my home would I give them the first opportunity to purchase it.We entered into a pocket listing for the home sale, and Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha helped me to keep this home in the Ventura County Fire family. They were creative in coordinating the sale knowing I already had a buyer in mind. At all times, the buyer and I were kept in constant communication on the next steps and escrow instructions. They worked tirelessly to perform in an extraordinarily fiduciary manner on both of our behalves.
