We engaged Luke earlier this year to help us with the purchase of a property in St. Augustine. The process was absolutely seamless and he looked after us very well, was always accessible, gave us all the right cues, did an excellent job at supporting the purchase with his team. Everyone was extremely friendly and had all the time and patience in world for us. Luke was also a great source for all those contacts one needs when buying a new home and getting set up. I have called on Luke since we met him a couple of times for some pointers and he has been very happy to help. I can highly recommend Luke as a realtor that understands the customer, reads the situation, and is extremely focused on the job - effectively and efficiently closing real estate deals successfully.

Luke and his whole team were amazing during the whole process. They help me sell my house and it was a very easy process. If I could give 100 stars for a review I would. Luke and his team were the most professional, communicative and results-driven realtors I have ever worked with. After watching my property languish with another agent for 6 months, Luke had us re-listed, under contract and sold in 43 days for full ask and all cash. He was focused, kind, and you can tell he loves his job. His team was great with reminding me of deadlines, talking me through paperwork needs and all the complicated matters of selling a home. Who you work with matters, and trust me, it should only be the Newcomer Group.

The Newcomer TEAM was professional thru out the entire process. Luke was plain-spoken, knowledgeable and direct. Communication was regular, prompt and concise.
