It would be impossible to describe how wonderful it was to work with Lori. She was endlessly patient as we searched for the right house and once we found it, after more than a year of looking, helped us write a success offer. After our purchase she continued to help us in many ways. She helped us find movers and contractors and even helped us find a renter to take over the lease on the house we were renting. She is simply the best agent I have ever worked with and we have moved a number of times. The Charlottesville market is challenging but Lori's skill, persistence, and connections make her the best possible choice if you are looking for a real estate agent.

Lori is amazing. As a first-time homebuyer, Lori helped make sure that I understood all the necessary processes, documents, and timelines to meet my goals for home-ownership both from a time perspective and price perspective. Throughout the process, Lori always had my best interests in mind, never tried to push me to go bigger than I wanted or to step outside of my comfort zone, in fact in many ways she helped facilitate properties that were a perfect fit for my desired home. Lori is extremely knowledgeable about the Charlottesville area, has great insights about individual property pros/cons inside and out, and was incredible in helping me put together an offer and negotiate offer and counter-offer details. I can't express how much I appreciate Lori. She’s fantastic. She was our relocation agent as we were coming from Nashville to Charlottesville. She found our home for us. Which we have loved! I can’t recommend Lori strongly enough! She helped us purchase and build a new home in Crozet and was so knowledgeable about the area. We felt confident throughout the whole process because of her attendance at all meetings with our builder. She always noticed and asked about important details that we surely would have missed on our own. Her communication was great and she always got back to us quickly when we had questions. I’m so glad a friend recommended her to us - we couldn’t be happier with our new home!

Lori was not an ordinary real estate agent. Lori and we visited about 20 open houses together, and Lori explained in detail the structure, advantages and disadvantages of all the houses. Lori also put a lot of effort into our investment process from start to finish, discussing with us its value as an investment property. She was a very reliable real estate agent. She also helped us find and refer us to reliable mortgage companies, competent lawyer, excellent stager, and experienced inspector and contractors. It was a truly unexpected and rewarding experience. If there is a chance to purchase an investment property like this again in the future, we are sure that we will do it with her again. She is the best agent we would recommend to anyone around us if they want to buy or sell a house in the Charlottesville area.
