I just closed on a house in Charlottesville. I randomly found Jamie while looking in both Richmond and Charlottesville, but I fell in love with a house he showed us in Charlottesville that seemed like the perfect fit. I still had a house to sell in another state, so it was quite challenging. Jamie helped make the process run smoothly. Despite having to do almost everything remotely, he was always attentive to what I needed from afar. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but knowing I had Jamie on my end in Charlottesville made the process so much better than I would have expected. I was able to stay calm all the way to the closing, knowing he had things under control on that end. I am grateful to have found him and would recommend him for your real estate needs. Jamie never demanded a exclusivity clause unlike other agents we talked to before showing us houses. Was honest about the houses he showed us and the hurdles we would face coming from the Chesapeake area. Worked with us until the very end and answered any question we threw at him. Would recommend him again to anyone moving into the area.

Jamie is a fantastic realtor! This was my first home purchase and I was moving to VA from MA. He was always available, helped me with the littlest of questions since I haven’t done this before and was overall a great resource. He quickly determined what my likes were and ultimately found the perfect place. He walked me through the entire process and it was super smooth. Jamie has been my realtor for many years now. Over the last 12 years I have sold three homes and each time Jamie exceeded my expectations. The first home Jamie sold for me, he actually had to sell twice. We were out of town on vacation and at the last minute the deal fell thru. Before we returned Jamie had found another buyer. The second home sale went quickly and as smooth as possible. My third home had a couple challenges in the process and Jamie's connections with local contractors expedited what could have been a lengthly delay. Jamie has a very strong team of support staff who know the ins and out's of all of the paperwork and legalities that you are going to have to work through. He will always keep you updated on the current status and progress of your sale. I would highly recommend Jamie White Real Estate for purchasing your home. Being a first time home buyer and not knowing the territory, Jamie was patient and answered our questions with knowledge and in a way we could understand. He also helped remidedy/solve problems that arised with the property and was able to help us negotiate repairs.
