This is our second time working with Erin. She sold our house when we were relocating out of state the first time and now we are moving back to the area so we knew we wanted to buy with her. We've been working with Erin for about a year and a half looking for a house. She met with us countless weekends to show us properties and many times last minute! She discussed properties with us while she was away on vacation and she recorded videos for us when we couldn't make it in town to see a property. When we finally found the house that met our criteria, we knew we wouldn't be able to be there for the inspection and for the final walk through. She recorded both the inspection and walk through for us. She even recorded helpful insights and tips about the house from the owners. The videos were over two hours long! If you want a Real Estate Agent that will go over and beyond your expectations, Erin's the agent for you.

Not enough characters to really articulate how amazing Erin was in everything. I’ve bought and sold 5 houses and she blows everyone I’ve worked with out of the water. Especially knowing the Charlottesville market. Her advice and logistics communication was top notch. She is a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t recommend her more to anyone for anything real estate related. Truly.
