Erin was instrumental in helping us sale our house from overseas. It was a much less stressful process because of her diligence. She took care of everything, including cleaning we had missed. The move was a bit hectic because of the ice storm in January, so we couldn't get all of our stuff out of the backyard. We could not have asked for a better realtor than Erin to sell our house. She was absolutely superb to work with, paying attention to the smallest details, answering all our questions, taking time to talk things through with us, and managing brilliantly with the other realtor, the buyers, the lawyer, etc. etc. She brought an incredibly personal and patient touch to the whole process and made it all so easy for us.
