Denise and her team exceeded all expectations in the sale of our house and the purchase of a new house. Her team is conscientious, prompt, and kind. Denise has extensive knowledge, experience, and data. Relying on data analysis and her experience, Denise had our home on the market promptly and properly priced. Her team assisted with photography, staging, paperwork, and guidance. We have relied on Denise's team for many important referrals and recommendations for service providers and they have all proven to be excellent. Denise has built an organization around her that tends to details an agent alone could never do. They kept the process moving and kept us informed every step of the way. But perhaps the biggest reason to use Denise is her knowledge of the market and a deep understanding of how to sell. She told us in the first meeting how her sales process works, what we could expect to happen in the way of offers and what we would get for the property. Everything she told us in that first meeting came to fruition exactly as she said it would. The Ramey Team made selling our home easy.
