Bradley was professional and responsive in helping me sell my rental property. The prep process took longer than expected. Bradley had helpful recommendations for items to repair and I added a few additional to get the place ready to sell. It all paid off as I received a strong offer the same day we listed the property! I had several questions and situations that occurred throughout the process and Bradley was always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.
