Bradley was professional and responsive in helping me sell my rental property. The prep process took longer than expected. Bradley had helpful recommendations for items to repair and I added a few additional to get the place ready to sell. It all paid off as I received a strong offer the same day we listed the property! I had several questions and situations that occurred throughout the process and Bradley was always responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Bradley handled the sale of my home with the utmost level of professionalism. He organized everything immediately to list the house quickly, handled it all while I was abroad, and we had two great offers within days of it hitting the market. He also went the extra mile to coordinate repairs on the home so we could close quickly- which we did, a mere month after listing day. Cannot recommend him more highly!

Bradley and his team of Rebecca and Angela helped with everything from the professional photography and open houses through the details of our closing. Bradley was also always available to answer any questions we had, frequently answering the phone on the first ring.
