We are grateful for Lisa and her team in helping us move to Wisconsin from out of state. Lisa was patient and very attentive. She is knowledgeable in real estate as well as the areas she operates in. Our transaction was quite complex and lengthy, but Lisa stayed on top of it and oversaw a success outcome to the very end. Will definitely work with Lisa Fabiano and her team again.

Best realtor I've ever worked with! She went out of her way to personally schedule all the repairs and made sure the whole process of the house sale went flawlessly. Empathetic with the situation sellers often find themselves in with annoying buyers and puts herself in the crossfire so you don't have to deal with any of the issues that come up! Would recommend her to anyone looking to sell!

Lisa was very attentive. She listened and understood our need to get our house on the market and sold as quickly as possible. She was always respectful and not pushy...which was extremely important to us. Lisa's communication couldn't have been better. We were always informed and updated as to what the current situation was. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone selling their home or searching for a new home.

Wow! We were referred to Lisa by a past client of hers and will happily refer our friends and family. Lisa arrived at our first meet and greet prepared with a well researched plan for how to sell our house, example selling prices plus all the information we needed to get started. Lisa and her team made the whole process easy for us, all we needed to do was call, email, or text with questions and one of them always replied quickly with the information we needed.
