I highly recommend Michael Burchyett. He was always available. Extremely knowledgeable on all things real estate. Genuinely pleasant. He worked around my crazy work schedule. Was with us every step of the way. Gave us references on inspectors and title companies. Answered all of my questions promptly and honestly. Thanks to the Burchyett team my husband and I are home owners.

Leigh and her team did a fantastic job selling our house! Great advice and assistance throughout the entire process. Leigh really went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly, and was very accommodating of our schedules and the fact that we have several young children. I'm a physician who recently moved to the area. I asked Mike Burchyett to assist me on a property which was being sold by the owner. It turned out that he knew the seller in person. However, I was provided reassurance that there would be no conflict of interest. He agreed that the property was overpriced. I was advised not to place an offer that may offend the seller and instead to wait until the seller brings down the price. While, I was waiting his group became the listing agent of the seller. This was just so unprofessional.

For example, I was on a website of a large news service the first full day that our home was listed and lo and behold, right there on the advertising banner was my home's listing! Great help in getting ready to sell ours, from paint colors, staging, changes etc. Suggested homes to see that we didn't find and got us into every single o e we wanted to see. Mike Burchyett is a former contractor and I found his advice on getting the house ready to sell to be invaluable. He knows the area and the value of a well built home. He had extensive contacts with subcontractors who were able to quickly fix any issues that can come up in an inspection to keep the sell going and on time.
