Kevin is responsive to client needs. He is also a strong and effective negotiator. He is also well versed and has his finger on the pulse of the market in EVERY market. He provides helpful insight on what's trending and explains how it can be used to get a deal done. Kevin is also compassionate, He understands the investment his clients make in either purchasing or selling a property. Kevin has helped me sell a multi-unit investment property in Lancaster. He has also helped me purchase land in Bradford county - over 3 hours away from he and I. In both scenarios Kevin helped make the process run smoothly and was reassuring when negotiations got a little "hairy".

Kevin is great to work with! It took us a COUPLE OF YEARS to find land we wanted to purchase, but Kevin stuck it out, answered all of our random questions, and eventually we made our decision. He was extremely patient and helpful!! We go to Kevin for all of our real estate needs!

Even though our real estate sale was relatively simple, straight forward transaction, Kevin made everything make sense. We were first time home sellers and Kevin just made the process very smooth.
