From the moment we asked Jeroen to sell our home in Berks County and help us find our new home in Philadelphia, We knew he was the right choice for our realtor. Within days he explained the process and put his machine into motion. He was masterful at playing bidders against each other to get the best possible deal for us. In less than 2 weeks we had a buyer and needed to find a home in Philadelphia. He never wavered when we wanted to go look at homes in different neighborhoods of the city. We must have looked at 20-25 homes until we found the perfect one for us in a neighborhood we love. We know he sells a lot of homes per year, but we genuinely felt like we were his most important clients. Heck we told him it was so much fun house hunting with him that we would go look anytime just for kicks. We are happy in our new home and glad to have chosen such a great guy to help us through the process. It can get unnerving to buy and sell your most personal item such as a home, but Jeroen is the guy you want in your corner. We are proud to say he is our friend as well as an ace realtor.

A good real estate professional communicates well, is proactive, client motivated, enthusiastic and has adequate knowledge of marketing, administrative work, sales and accounting. Jeroen has demonstrated all these. However, what makes Jeroen excellent is that he realizes this is not just a job but a lifestyle. He sold our house in one week and helped us find another. I cannot even begin to describe the help that Jeroen gave me through my whole home selling process. I was extremely apprehensive about selling my home because it was my first time selling. From the very beginning, Jeroen makes you feel at ease. He was in contact with me every step of the way. He always let me know everything that was happening. No question went unanswered and he made the whole process, from start to finish, super easy. He provides a full service that also included helping me find the right people to complete any repairs that were needed as well as having someone come to take away any unwanted items. I cannot recommend him enough. Jeroen uses his vast experience and many resources to get the job done!

Jeroen Harmsen was our first choice to list our home as we prepared to relocate to Phoenix. He helped my wife manage the showing schedule, and both of us to evaluate and decide on one of the many offers to accept. Through his expert marketing, negotiation skills and knowledge of the Berks County market, we sold our home in two days, above asking price. Jeroen also helped us through settlement, which we completed remotely, with scan signatures and a limited POA. His guidance in recommending vendors for relocation, cleaning and other services was also spot on, we used them all with great results.Joroen’s expertise throughout the process was invaluable. I will recommend him to everyone I cross who is selling or buying a home in the area.
