I contacted Kelly because Premier One seemed to have homes more in the price range I needed, and for me it turned out to be the best call ever made. she met with me and my wife promptly, listened carefully, did not waste our time with a bunch of houses out of our price range. There was no pressure from her even though houses were not selling well at the time because of the economy. It was only several weeks we decided on a home on a saterday, she did all of the paperwork, all the calling, all the copying, everything that was needed very fast, and we closed less than 30 days. She is a bright, respectful, alert and very nice person and a friend. I would not recommend anyone else.
