AAAAAAA++++++ experience! Two thumbs wayyyy up! We sold a home in Powder Springs with Kelli. We received our price, and it felt like a bonus prize when the buyer paid all closing costs!!! We closed fast! We were very particular and interviewed 6 agents. Kelli was a perfect fit for us and our goals! Working with Kelli was smooth as silk from signing our contract to close. **Her team is top notch as well!**

Kelli and Erica are AMAZING!! They went above and beyond for us. Our house went on the market on a Monday and by Wednesday it was under contract. The professional photos were so beautiful it truly showcased our house. Kelli is an angel in disguise. She helped me in more ways than I thought possible. She and Erica are both very knowledgeable and will help you with every aspect of selling and helping you buy a home. I can't thank them enough. We are now in our second dream home! This would not have been possible without Kelli and her team!! There is NO ONE BETTER!!

The first time we listed with her, Kelli helped us sell our home within seven days and we had three offers to choose from! She and her team were amazing. I don't think I've ever met anyone as knowledgeable in the field of real estate. Kelli was so easy to work with that when we needed to sell another home we had bought, we listed with her again. Just like before, she walked with us through the process and did a great job! The home sold and we closed two weeks ago without any issues. I highly recommend Kelli and her team!

We can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Kelli Phillips. I chose Kelli based on the great reviews I read about her. They were all spot on! From the first time we met with Kelli around our dining room table, it was like sitting with a trusted friend you had known for years. She came prepared with comps to help with pricing. She helped us with staging ideas that really made our house shine. She gave my wife a short list of “honey dos” for me to accomplish. All of this was done before we signed a contract with her. There was NO high pressure, but when she was through, we knew we had selected the right agent and were ready to sign. Then the best part, she proved us right! We talked about a walk away dollar figure we could live with and she got us thousands more! She proved her worth to us when we went under contract. The buyer and buyer’s agent TRIED MY PATIENCE to the point we were ready to walk away several times. Kelli kept it together, kept the deal together, and after a tumultuous month for Kelli, she closed a deal we were very happy with. The best compliment I can give Kelli, she is REAL. She is genuine. Although she sold our home for us, I can safely say, Kelli Phillips would be a great agent to team up with if you are looking to buy a home as well. Kelli and her team are the most amazing real estate agents we have ever worked with. They care about you like family and that is why our family has purchased 3 homes and sold 1 home with the Kelli Phillips Realty Group over the past 10 years. Kelli and her team create a seamless process from start to finish. The first home we purchased with Kelli, helped meet our family of 7 needs. She then helped our son find and purchase his first home. Last year she helped us sell the original home we purchased with her to simplify our life as almost empty nesters. After 1 year of apartment living I decided to reach out to Kelli and have her find a smaller home for us and and we did. Where is the 10-star button on this thing?! I could write a tome about how much I love Kelli Phillips and her team, but no one wants to read that. Just know that Kelli Phillips and her team are everything you'd hope for when buying and/or selling your home. We did both, and it was a rocky road. Anything we could control went fine, but there are LOTS of moving parts in the real estate game, and things got crazy several times. EVERY single time, Kelli and her team were there, making things right. Kelli herself is equal parts coach, counselor, friend, and warrior. She gets stuff done--even the tough negotiations and sticky-situation management--while being one of the most delightful ladies you'll ever know. Kelli Phillips is a class act and a ton of fun to work with, and her team is reflective of this as well. Hire this woman if you're ready to buy/sell/both!
