Made Buying Our First Home Feel Easy! We truly could not have asked for a better realtor or team to help us buy our first home!My husband and I were moving from New Jersey to Oklahoma City on military PCS orders, which meant we were working with a pretty tight timeline while also trying to navigate buying a home for the very first time. From the beginning, they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel so easy and manageable.They listened to exactly what we were looking for, respected our budget, worked around our timeline, and made sure we never felt pressured or overwhelmed. Being first-time homebuyers, we had what felt like a million questions (and probably some very silly ones), but they never once made us feel like a bother. Every question was answered, everything was explained clearly, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner.What meant the most to us was how genuinely supported we felt throughout the entire process. Moving halfway across the country on military orders comes with enough stress on its own, and somehow buying our first home ended up being one of the smoothest parts of the entire move. That says everything about the level of care, communication, and effort they put into their clients.We ended up with a home we absolutely love, within our budget, and on the timeline we needed. We are so incredibly grateful for everything they did for us and would recommend them in a heartbeat, especially to military families, first-time homebuyers, or anyone relocating to the OKC area. We genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience!

Cannot recommend Kat enough. As first time buyers coming to a new city, the whole process seemed daunting. Kat and her team however were phenomenal. They put us in contact with a company to help with the VA loan, guided us through putting in an offer, and then sent helpful checkups and walkthrough emails to let us know where we were at in the process while under contract. Buying our home went smoothly, and I credit that 100% to Kat and her team. From a first timer perspective Kat’s patience and communication were instrumental in putting as ease so we could focus on the move.

Very Pleased. Kat and her team were extremely responsive and honored my wishes to keep the home priced at my price point, not what others were listed for. Within 3 months the house was sold on point. What an experience! From the start of our relocation search, to the end, and beyond, the Kosmala Group has been OUTSTANDING! Our search lasted 2 yrs covering so many miles! From local Edmond finds to properties all over rural Oklahoma. Kat and Caitlin were there for every one of them. Their intuitive search algorithm knew our needs and suggested properties day and night. What impressed us the most was the patience and persistence of our agent. The home we finally found was one that she had been watching and waiting for that was "coming soon" and unavailable for us to see as buyers.
