Very Pleased. Kat and her team were extremely responsive and honored my wishes to keep the home priced at my price point, not what others were listed for. Within 3 months the house was sold on point. What an experience! From the start of our relocation search, to the end, and beyond, the Kosmala Group has been OUTSTANDING! Our search lasted 2 yrs covering so many miles! From local Edmond finds to properties all over rural Oklahoma. Kat and Caitlin were there for every one of them. Their intuitive search algorithm knew our needs and suggested properties day and night. What impressed us the most was the patience and persistence of our agent. The home we finally found was one that she had been watching and waiting for that was "coming soon" and unavailable for us to see as buyers. The morning it hit the market, she called us and set up a viewing. It's the perfect house and property. Exactly what and where we wanted. Kat and Brittany are amazing people! I am a military member and heard about them through another military member and I am glad I did. I decided it was time to buy my first home and they helped along every step of the way while I was overseas. They were extremely knowledgeable and personable and honest. I highly recommended to use Kat and her team in either purchasing or selling houses. We have used Kat to buy and sell and each time was super easy and straightforward.
