Huge shoutout to our amazing agent, Karen! She managed to get our house market-ready in record time while we were physically out of town—a feat we didn't think was possible. Her knowledge and expertise is truly impressive, and her hustle is the only reason we sold so quickly. Her attention to detail is refreshing, and her regular communication kept us at ease throughout the process. I also appreciated her realistic and practical perspective - she is also very honest and fair and will tell you what's what without setting unrealistic expectations. We’re actually bummed the process is over because she was such a joy to work with. I wish we had another house to sell so we could keep working with her! If you’re selling, just call Karen.

Karen was friendly and knowledgeable, she explained the entire process to me, and she got an offer on the house almost immediately. I was selling the house from many hours away and was able to trust her and her team to manage everything. This was a relative's house and there were some old permit issues that she was able to coordinate and resolve since I was so far away. She kept me informed the entire time. I relied on her and she never let me down.
