Karen was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and everything I hoped for when selling my house. She went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done - I moved across the country but even before I left Karen took care of things like bringing in a painter and carpet company for quotes, making very helpful suggestions about what to do to prepare our home for sale and just make the process as painless as possible. She has a wide network of professionals she can recommend to help with whatever you need and it never feels like she's pushing anything on you, just making the process easy but also equally happy to step back if you don't want her input on something. It would NOT have been possible to get my home into the gorgeous show-ready condition it was in without so much major lifting on her end. She mentioned being full service when we interviewed her but this went above and beyond any expectations I had. I would recommend her whole heartedly to anyone looking to sell their home.
