As first-time home buyers, I cannot imagine going through the process without Jordan. From start to finish, he guided us through every step with incredible knowledge, patience, honesty, and professionalism. Jordan made the entire process feel smooth and even fun. Jordan was recommended to us through our bank as being a great realtor for people moving from out of state and he was fantastic! He was easy work with, flexible, and knowledgeable. We were unable to see houses in person being 3000 miles away, but he gladly worked with my in laws to show the homes we were interested in. Jordan also had good negotiation recommendations but also respected my opinion as well. I would absolutely recommend Jordan if you are looking to move into the Ithaca and surrounding area. He was great!

Jordan has extensive knowledge about all the aspects of buying and selling houses. He was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. When we moved to NY, he helped us find an apartment that suited our needs, then when it was time to buy a house, he helped us as first-time homebuyers. After 5 years in that house, Jordan helped us sell, as we were moving out of state. With every kind of situation we found ourselves in, Jordan did an amazing job helping us through the process. Jordan is fantastic to work with! He assisted my family in the purchase of a house in Ithaca. We were relocating from the Albany area and were unable to come into town regularly to see properties. Jordan took us on video showings so that we could decide whether it was worth the trip to see the house in person. He gave honest and candid feedback about the location, condition, and pricing of every property. He was thoughtful about my family's needs and kept an eye out for properties that would be the right fit for us. He also did a fantastic job educating us about the Ithaca market and individual neighborhoods. Jordan was our realtor for our first home-buying experience, and I think we got quite lucky with our choice and we're thrilled with the home we ended up with. We went into home-buying as fairly cautious buyers, we didn't want to be rushed and were fairly paranoid (overly researched about minute details). Jordan was very patient and understanding when we'd be interested in a house one second and change our minds the next day, he really just wanted us to find a house that made us happy. When he would go to the showings he would point out aspects that were great and not so great and give us his honest opinion even if it was a house we were originally excited about (*which we appreciated). Jordan is also well-connected and well-liked in the area and we often got extra info and tips about homes you wouldn't otherwise get from other realtors. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to bu y (and sell).
