Jamie did an amazing job to help us as first-time home sellers and get the very best offers we could have hoped for. She counselled us at every tuen, letting us know what to expect, what we needed to do and sometimes most importantly, what we didn't need to do. From the beginning, the biggest thing we didn't need to do was worry. She had a rock solid plan for how we brought the house to market, and she and her whole team absolutely nailed the strategy. I couldn't be happier with how it went, and can't wait to work with her again as a buyer.

Jamie was incredible to work with, from start to finish. Her knowledge of the housing market, home quality, and relative value provided assurance throughout our search. Jamie was crucial to the success of a complicated real estate transaction in the purchase of my lovely new home. Her knowledge of the steps, timing, and sequence of events, as well as the referral for local real estate attorney were invaluable. I don’t think most agents have this type of experience or would be so invested in their client’s best interests. She also made herself available for (many) after hours calls and communications to keep things moving. Such a positive experience that could have been a nightmare but for Jamie.

Jamie has been a wonderful help with all our real estate needs. We have been looking for both a residence for us to retire to and some investment properties. We’ve looked at many reviews of Jamie’s work and feel like, while she may have done great job for all the rest of her clients…she did an INCREDIBLE job for us. We were so impressed by the professional approach, her knowledge of the market, her approach to list and market our home, and the integrity she displayed when guiding us through the multiple offers. Of course, the multiple offers were due to her advice on timing, marketing, and positioning our property. We have had experience with many brokers, both in our professional careers and personally. Many just take the ‘list and wait’ approach.
