Sam was awesome during the whole home buying experience. For being first time home buyers and hearing the nightmares our friends have gone through of trying to buy a house in this market, my fiancé and I were scared and nervous throwing our name into the home buying experience ring. However, Sam made everything really easy on us. From open houses to finally closing, Sam was there every step of the way and accessible to us for any questions that we may have. We are really appetitive of his knowledge and attentiveness and calming presence and never pressuring us into anything. In a market where houses are selling fast and there is no time to even think about how to structure an offer or even if we actually like the house or are we just settling and becoming discouraged, Sam assured us that another house would come on the market and when we knew the house was right we would know. I wish we would have started the process of selling my Mom's condo right from the start with Jim! We had it on the market for months with another experienced realtor, and ended up taking it down after all she did was say "reduce, change this, change that, reduce..." Admittedly, we then did make a few changes, and put it back on the market with Jim but back at a higher price. He got it done quickly! We believe he is just so well-connected and is willing and able to put more time and resources into his listings.

Help with staging the house, the production of beautiful photos/video, far-reaching advertising, and Jim's tone of friendly confidence brought about a sale that met our exact expectations.
