I wish we would have started the process of selling my Mom's condo right from the start with Jim! We had it on the market for months with another experienced realtor, and ended up taking it down after all she did was say "reduce, change this, change that, reduce..." Admittedly, we then did make a few changes, and put it back on the market with Jim but back at a higher price. He got it done quickly! We believe he is just so well-connected and is willing and able to put more time and resources into his listings.

This was the first time I had sold a house in the "modern era", so I was new to the 2018 process of real estate sales. I read an article that made the recommendation to interview 3 realtors before making a choice. The first interview went well; the 2nd interview was very impressive. The 3rd interview, which was with Jim Dolanch, was far and away the most professional, engaging presentation. We were sold on the Century 21 Pioneer Realty Jim Dolanch Team. Help with staging the house, the production of beautiful photos/video, far-reaching advertising, and Jim's tone of friendly confidence brought about a sale that met our exact expectations. In my opinion, close communication with quick response to questions and concerns is the most important quality in a great real estate agent. Jim and his team are the best!We recently held by mother's sell the home that she had lived in for over 50 years. While it is never easy parting with the home that you grew up in, Jim made the sale hassle free.From the time we first interviewed Jim, it was obvious that he is a professional with extensive experience and knowledge of the local market. During the first visit he was able to help us identify areas of the home that needed repair so that it would appealed buyers despite its age and be ready for a home inspection once a buyer was identified. He also had a very clear marketing plan. During the first meeting he had relevant comparison properties so that we can understand appropriate pricing.My mother moved out of the home prior to the listing. We were therefore doing selling the home while we lived 1800 miles away. While this could be challenging, Jim made a straight forward.In the final phase, he was able to identify to potential buyers to give competing bids. This resulted in us getting more than asking placed despite a lukewarm market. His team coordinated the closing without any hiccups.Overall we had a great experience with Jim and his team.
