100 stars! From hello to congrats, this team carried us every step of the way - exceeding our expectations. Jesse brings 30+ years of competitive muscle memory to the game. He's an excellent salesman, skilled communicator, and most importantly he knows how to play his cards right. I truly feel these skills helped us to maximize profit selling our 1950s home in Escondido - and learn a lot in the process! Lori and Alexa round out the office team managing the listing, offer letters, docusigns, etc. This small team is a machine and demonstrates the way real estate should be!

I just sold my downtown condo with Jesse and the GreenHouse Group, and from start to finish, Jesse, Lori, and Alexa were completely on top of everything. I can't recommend them highly enough!To start, their marketing really emphasized what makes the property special and set it apart from the rest. They were always the first to reach out with updates, keeping me in the loop on every lead so I could have a good 'temperature gage' on the market. Their open, honest, and transparent communication enabled me to make the right calls with confidence, and kept everything moving quickly. I also want to mention that working with the GreenHouse Group, I was able to sell my place fully remotely. The prospect of making the drive downtown to sign paperwork was a concern early on for me, but with Jesse and team, it wasn't an issue at all. They made the process much more easy than I had anticipated!Finally, the cherry on top: Escrow only took nine days from offer to closing! It feels surreal to have closed the deal so fast! If you are looking for the best realtor in the area, you have found him!Our family put our house on the market at the tail-end of the home buying season, but Jesse and the Greenhouse Group still had a legitimate offer in hand by the end of our first weekend. When the buyers encountered an issue that caused the deal to fall through, Jesse and his team never faltered, they just regrouped, kept up the press and found a new buyer. Jesse advised us on how to navigate a complicated loan assumption process that we were able to complete in two months when multiple outside observers told us that it would take 4 – 6 months. We watched as other homes in our neighborhood sat on the market while ours went into escrow and closed.Throughout our entire home selling experience Jesse, Lori and Alexa were always available when we had questions or to assuage our jitters when we needed an explanation. First, I would like to praise Jesse and the Greenhouse team for handling a very difficult situation. I have known Jesse for years and he has helped with multiple sales. This sale, however, was something beyond description. The other team lacked the experience, knowledge, and etiquette that is required in all successful business transactions. Sale of our house was one of the most difficult experiences I have ever had, but Jesse and his team were with this the whole way. The other realtors not able to make any of their deadlines, extending and misrepresenting their situation to Jesse and his team. I commend the Greenhouse group for being very patient and unraveling a very difficult situation where it was uncertain whether they would even get a commission because it almost fell out of contract. This did not dissuade them from working their hardest and doing their best for us. Jesse and his team are very professional and when emotions run high, they are always calm and bring us all back to the center. I appreciate their professionalism and ability to weather the storm and bring us ultimately to the desired goal which was a sale of her home.

Long overdue review as I've now had the opportunity to work with the GreenHouse Group twice (buying and selling). We were referred by great friends so their words/recommendations are bible! Jesse and the GreenHouse Group/team are the ones you want in your corner in ANY sort of real estate transaction. From the communicative and super responsive admin staff (Lori and Alexa) to their in-house home staging specialist (Renata), all are relentless and were a supportive team throughout the process. A lot of my stress was heard but mitigated thanks to their commander/captain (Jesse) who runs a swanky ship but is a keen navigator to the rough seas we know as real estate.
