My husband and I interviewed a couple of realtors when we decided to sell our home. We chose the True Team because we recognized that no one person can "do it all" and that Jen's team offered more than a single realtor could offer in terms of marketing and navigating the sales, and purchase process of moving. Jen and her team were super responsive to our questions and concerns. We'd definitely choose Jen again!

I absolutely recommend Jen True to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Jen is an absolute delight to work with. She took care of us in each and every aspect of the home selling process with the highest degree of professionalism. She was always available to answer our questions and help us through anything that came up. We felt so cared for and valued by Jen and her team. Jen really does go the extra mile for her clients; her work ethic is above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. From the first step of getting your home sale ready, to the final closing steps, Jen is there with ample knowledge and experience. She is gracious, personable, and professional. She absolutely excels in her field. For me, the best thing about Jen, was that she cared about our needs and got to know us as individuals, she truly cares about her clients and wants nothing but the best for them. She was receptive, patient, and incredibly helpful. Our home selling experience was wonderful and I know beyond a doubt that it was such a great experience because of Jen True and her team.

When my husband and I first came to Mankato to interview, Jen True was the Realtor assigned to show us the town. She impressed us both with her poise, grace, and sincerity. Jen toured us through the historical, recreational, dining, and shopping venues of these 2 communities with an enthusiasm and affection for the region that made her a true Ambassador. She found a variety of homes to show us with patience and a sincere interest in our preferences and needs. Notably, she was also respectful of the sellers' properties when showing homes. She tried to call ahead, knocked and called out "Hello" before we entered, left her own shoes (always very stylish!) at the front door. Never "pushy", Jen was happy to wait until we were ready to buy, and kept in touch with updates during the negotiating process. If we had urgent questions for her, she returned our calls promptly, sometimes on her days off. Even after closing, she stayed in touch and has become a good friend who has been a resource for our questions and a great listener over coffee. We are very happy to recommend Jen True and Team as the real estate professionals to turn to for this most important purchase.

If you want a professional that is sincerely interested in you and your family, Jen True and her team are the BEST! This is the 10th move that we have made over the years, in many states. We have worked with only 3 realtors that we would recommend to family and friends, Jen is one of them.Jen is on top in her business knowledge, the only realtor in the Mankato area using tools that are competitive with metro areas. She is open to suggestions and stays in personal contact with you through the whole process.I wish we would have listed with our home with Jen in the beginning. We learned that we were just a number with with our previous realtor in her game of who can list the most homes. We should have gone with Jen who truly cares for her clients and treated us like family.If you are looking for a home or selling in the Mankato area, Jen True and her team is your best choice.

Excellent communication and understanding is truly an understatement with Jen and her team. Jen was as helpful in buying a home as she was in selling. She knew what we wanted in a home more than we did. In fact, the home we ended up buying was not even on our radar until Jen recommended we take a quick look because she thought it would fit our needs.
