Sonja continues to be incredibly good at what she does - she assisted me in buying my house in 2019 as well as helping me to sell it now here in 2026. She is highly skilled in listening for what I felt was best, and assisting above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. When I'm ready to purchase in the future, I will be looking for her guidance, expertise and experience. I have recommended her service to several people I know who are looking to buy or sell.

Sonja Zoet is professional but yet a very down-to-earth person who is easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable on every aspect of selling your home. Sonja is quick to respond even if its after hours. My house sold super fast and I'm so happy how smooth the sale went. Sonja Zoet is amazing to work with! She is responsive to our questions and is so knowledgeable! It has been over 20 years since we have purchased a home and she has been with us every step of the way! Answering our questions and explaining processes in a way we can understand. She truly wanted to know what we wanted in a home and neighborhood. She was not pushy and listen to us. She is patient, yet very timely when things need to get done! Sonja was fantastic. She was up and beyond helping! Although the building fell through, I absolutely am keeping her as my realtor. I was always received on the phone and I feel she never blew me off and I always got immediate answers! She’s also optimistic even when things aren’t looking so great. I don’t have a lot of money and she never treated me like she was wasting her time. Rarely do you find smart, kind, unselfish people. I also trust her with any personal issues that might hinder me purchasing a building. She’s an absolute asset to any team and she always has great game plans for getting things done.
