Jay guided us through the home buying process with ease. He knew the type of home we were looking for, and was open and honest when viewing homes. He would tell us if the home was going to need work or something replaced in the near future, and wouldn’t be worth the purchase. We were able to see homes that were just coming on the market the day we wanted, because Jay would make a call. We never felt pressure to buy when working with Jay. He ultimately found us a great deal on a home in the area we wanted. I recommend him to all friends and family.

I have always been the person who wants to make sure that a realtor earns their commission... Sellers pay a lot of money out of the sale of their home, and some realtors do not earn their commission... Jay Pitts is definitely a realtor who has earned not only the commissions but also my respect! He has been the hardest working and best realtor I've ever delt with! The sale of our home, while it went under contract quickly, came across a multitude of issues that we had to work through and Jay was there 100% of the time and ensured everything closed as promised! His communication is by far the best I have ever seen! He answers every time or calls you back almost immediately no matter the time or day! Most importantly, he stayed in communication even after we went under contract, during closing and even after we signed. He made sure we were always informed about everything and never handed us off to someone else. Jay also knows how to get things done! After our inspection and we needed to take care of a few things... Jay "knows a guy" who can do it, but the best part is that Jay would reach out to his contacts directly and schedule everything for us! We never had to call anyone other than Jay and that was amazing! It allowed us to focus on packing, moving, new home hunting, and our jobs... This was one thing that really stood out for my wife and I about Jay and really took a lot of stress off our shoulders during the process!If I ever am in the market for a new home, or selling a home and Jay is licensed to do so in that area, I am definitely calling him again! He has set a very high bar of expectations for all other realtors out there! And honestly I would be surprised to find anyone better! You will NOT be disappointed if you choose to call Jay Pitts to be your realtor!Thank you for everything Jay!
