It was a delight working with Dennis. Hunting for a place in Shelbyville was interesting to say the least. The tightness of the market in that area was challenging to say the least. House was purchased and I am safely settled in, or settling in.

Laura Wheeler did an excellent job selling our house. We were relocating for work we need to sell our house as quick as possible. Laura came and staged our house for us and had professional pictures taken for posting. She posted our house on a Wednesday afternoon and we had four showings scheduled that evening. By the end of the day on Thursday we had four asking price offers and were under contract by Friday. Laura also did a wonderful job answering all of our we questions we had as this was our first time selling a house. So if you are in the market for a real estate agent I would highly recommend Laura Wheeler.
