We can’t say enough great things about Janine! As a first-time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. She worked around our busy schedules, often meeting with us in the evenings, which made everything so much easier for us.One thing that truly stood out was Janine’s deep knowledge of Janesville. She knew each area so well and even seemed to know many of the neighbors personally, which gave us a real sense of confidence and security in our decision. Since I only knew the main shopping area before, her insight was invaluable in helping us find the perfect home in a quieter part of Janesville that we absolutely love and feel safe in.Not only did she help us find the perfect home, but she also provided excellent recommendations for our mortgage broker, a painter, and electrician, all of whom did fantastic work!! Beyond just being an amazing realtor, Janine truly felt like a new friend—she genuinely cared about us and our home-buying journey. Janine was absolutely amazing! She was always checking in with us, and never gave up on us when it took us well over a year to find a property! She was more than willing to show us the same house more than once and answered all of our questions! If she didn’t have the answer, she got the answer very quickly! Such a great experience with Janine and would highly recommend her!

Over the last year we worked with Janine Birkhimer from Realty Executives Premier on finding the right home for us, earlier this year we were successful! Janine was very pleasant and professional through the whole process. She was quick to reply to any questions or set up showings whenever we wanted to view a property. As we closed on our house she was helpful in making sure things were moving forward and on time. We would highly recommend her for your realty needs! An honest review is to say, she was excellent with showing the property, she ensured that we knew of the complications of a property, and was very thorough with the entire process when helping. On time, responsive, patient, and right down to the brass tax. I highly recommend her as she’ll talk you through any process, update you on an concerns, and be it rain or shine, she’ll be there.

Janine was so helpful in regards to her knowledge of the local area which we were unfamiliar with.
