Rachel Grimm helped us out so much! The process was so daunting, but Rachel took great care of us and found us the perfect home. We're first time home buyers and we couldn't be happier! Rachel was helpful, understanding, and excited to help us find our first home. Absolutely recommend!

Janell was referred to us by a friend after selling her house quickly. We listed our house on a Monday, and by the end of the week had an offer at full asking price. We were looking to purchase a home locally as well.. Janelle and her team were able to get us out of our old home and into our new home on the same day! Janell and her team were very professional and responsive to our needs.. the whole process was seamless! We highly recommend going with Janell.. she’s awesome!

After trying to sell our house for 3 years we contacted Janelle. She was honest and told us a few items that could make our home more appealing to buyers. She was not overbearing and walked us through the process and made it so enjoyable. We listed our house and 16 days later it was sold! We were so excited but not surprised! We had showing after showing and was always posted on feedback! We will buy and sell our next home through Janelle when the time comes. Give her a call....she will not disappoint.

Janell is amazing! We contacted her while we were living overseas and she was extremely helpful and answered all our questions! As soon as we were stateside she set up viewings, showed us around, and worked hard to make sure we found just what we needed! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients. Her team made the closing process so easy! We will definitely work with her when it’s time for us to move!

I have used Janelle as my realtor 2 different times in the past 2 years. This last time she sold my house in less than 24 hours. She is so easy to work with, answers all my questions, and helps out in anyway she can. Janell and her team were extremely great to work with! From our initial meeting to discuss the sale of our home to the actual loan closing they were all very responsive and attentive to our needs. I worked primarily with Janelle, Rachel, and Lindsey, but had great interactions with her photographer, who does great work, as pictures are very important in a home sale, and her husband "The Sign Guy". They are a very efficient and effective team and work very well together, which made the process of selling my home and buying a new one very easy. I have worked with other agents in the past and none have delivered like Janell and her team. Kudos to the team for a job well done! I will certainly be recommending you to any of my family or friends who are in the market to buy or sell a home.

I cannot say enough about Janell. Her and her team did a fabulous job selling our home!!! As a result of her advice and expertise, our home sold within 44 hours of being on the market for asking price. Not only this, but her team was a dream to work with. She made the selling process extremely painless and we always felt well informed. If you are thinking twice about hiring a real estate professional, DON'T! Call and hire her! You will not regret it.

We worked with Janell to sell our first home. She was great! She answered all questions we had and worked around our schedules. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have and will continue to recommended her to anyone that needs help in the area.We worked with her buyers agent, Rachel, to buy a home also. It was wonderful. We looked at a lot of houses but Rachel was always patient and gave suggestions for other homes. She was available to look at homes in the late evening which was great for my husband schedule. We found the perfect home thanks to Rachel!

Janell was my second choice as a realtor, but she should have been my first. I met Janell at an appreciation party she threw for her clients and I knew then that she was the kind of realtor I needed. We began working together at the end of January, and by February 3rd, my house was ready to be listed. By the end of February, I had an accepted offer on the house. I had gone through so much to get the house ready for sale, and Janell was there for me throughout the process. There was no way that I could have sold my house without Janell. She is the only realtor I will ever recommend to my friends and colleagues.
