I highly recommend Jake for all your realty needs! He has sold two homes FOR me and sold a home TO me. He made whole process with all 3 so simple and stress free. He is always so responsive and informative, never leaving any questions unanswered. I have since moved out of state, but had I not, I would never use anyone else.

I had approached Jake with my home requirements ling before I was ready to purchase a home on a recommendation by a mutual friend. During this time Jake diligently was search for homes that met my criteria to better understand exactly what I was looking for. When it came time that I was prepared to submit offers Jake was always readily available to drop what he was doing and make the utmost effort to schedule viewings asap. Any wuestions I had regarding the process, options and anythingnin between he was able to respond timely with great knowledge and in layman's terms. With this knowledge and local reputable contacts for inspections etc this made negotiations and all the tedious paperwork a breeze. With that being said I would highly recommend Jake Levicki as both a buyer/seller. He is absolutely someone you want to have your back in big decisions.
