We interviewed Tom and other agents for the sale of our house. During the walk thru Tom understood the value of the many features we added to our house. Tom devised a marketing plan based on his local knowledge and our house features that targeted clients that would be most interested in our house. His plan coincided with our own thoughts. The house was shown on two consecutive days resulting in 3 full price offers and one pending cash sale. During the process Tom provided pertinent and timely information concerning the status of offers, inspection results, and the appraisal valuation. From the moment we selected Tom to signing with the new owners the time took less than 30 days. We felt that Tom’s counsel was honest and while not always what we expected to hear nonetheless accurate. In the end we received our asking price and we thank Tom for his insight, professionalism and caring.
