Is Gregg Phillipson a great realtor? Yep, "this one is loaded"! My 91 year old wise Dad always told me to interview 3 realtors. Didn't think we would select Gregg because he does so MUCH business, my preconceptions thought he would be aloof, not involved, too busy to respond, lazy, all marketing blitz, no show. One can't ignore all his signs in the neighborhood so I gave him a call. Wow, Gregg blew us away as he addressed all our concerns and we signed him on the spot! We had a nice property but very challenging conditions for showings, and difficult to price since the home wasn't in a cookie cutter division. Gregg and his competent team (including a spectacular photographer) solved all the issues so the process would work with us. The real estate market shifted too, making it even more challenging. Gregg's experience and knowledge and network guided us throughout. I'd say his best feature is his "gut feeling". This wasn't our first rodeo but the challenges made us rely totally on Gregg's expertise. He was literally the best coach for our football team! Very satisfied with the entire process and result. Gregg is really fun and easy to work with too, super communicative. Only regret is we moved out of state so we won't be able to use him again!

Gregg was extremely knowledgable as it related to the market and comps.He did his homework and was able to recommend the right selling price.He was proactive when anything came up that needed to be dealt with.He had his photographer at our house the day after we signed with him. They did an excellent job of staging our home. The photography included drone photography. He has an excellent staff of people who assist you through the selling process. He is tuned into the new guidelines relating to COVID 19 and made sure both we and the potential buyers were protected during showings.He is also proactive in contacting realtors who may have potential buyers.We had 10 showings the first 3 days and 5 offers. We selected a buyer and had a smooth experience until closing. We highly recommend Gregg and his team.
My first time selling a house and it was my mom’s house after she passed. Gregg was amazing, knowledgeable, responsive and most of all personable! Gregg did a great job of marketing and selling our executive style home in Alpine, CA. He did this quickly even during the Covid lockdown!
